Shipping & Returns

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday – Friday are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on federal holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

All domestic orders qualify for free standard shipping on orders over $150.

To maintain product integrity and ensure 99%+ purity upon arrival, all orders are shipped in insulated packaging with pharmaceutical-grade ice packs. Our cold-chain packaging keeps products at the appropriate temperature for up to 48 hours in transit.

We recommend inspecting your package upon arrival. If your order arrives significantly warm or damaged, please photograph the package and contact us within 24 hours at contact@prosperxlabs.com.

At this time, Biotech Life Sciences ships exclusively within the United States. We are working to expand international shipping in the future. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available in your country.

Due to the nature of our products (research chemicals requiring cold storage and strict handling), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products.

We will, however, issue a full refund or replacement if:

• Your order arrives damaged or compromised due to a shipping issue.
• You receive the wrong product.
• Your product is demonstrably defective or does not meet our stated purity standard.

To initiate a claim, email contact@prosperxlabs.com within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence.

Biotech Life Sciences is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and building management first, then contact the carrier directly. If the issue is unresolved, contact us and we will do our best to assist on a case-by-case basis.

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by emailing contact@prosperxlabs.com with your order number. Once an order has been picked, packed, and handed to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, the standard return policy above applies.
